Processing notes All products are handmade and usually take 5-10 business ays to produce depending on the size of your order (the larger the order the longer the production time). We believe in satisfied customers so we place a high priority on communication. If you have any questions about the status of your order please do not hesitate to contact us. Refund Policy Custom orders are expected to be paid in full before any work is started. There are no refunds on custom orders and reproduction will only be provided on merchandise that have a manufacturer defect within 30 days. No refunds on any preorder items. No refunds on any ready made items.
